Long before the internet became so central to our lives, Robert foresaw an increased demand for elective healthcare and the role that the web would play in this change. He responded in 1993 by developing services that would give dentists and other physicians a more competitive online marketing strategy. As the founder and CEO of Einstein Industries, Robert has continued to adapt to the ever-changing internet marketing landscape and guide the company in developing new products and technologies that connect consumers with the best healthcare and legal professionals.
For fun, Robert enjoys fishing for pike in the boundary waters of Minnesota.

Suzi started at Einstein as an AR Clerk and was fortunate to work with great advisors who helped her develop the skills to become the Controller she is today. Suzi has been committed to gaining a deep understanding of Einstein’s financial processes, operational systems, and internal workflows. Her goal is not only to ensure efficiency within the company but also to foster an environment where both the organization and its employees can thrive.
In her spare time, Suzi enjoys spending time with her daughter, reading books, anything Star Wars or Marvel.

Michael renewed Einstein’s focus on clients by encouraging collaboration between our client success and sales teams; this helped us create a superior client support system. He has also overseen the successful rollout of multiple products that have a great impact on search engine rankings, and thereby, our client’s return on investment. He is proud to have evolved as a student, teacher, and executive in a fast-paced development environment.
Michael's ideal day includes paddling out with family and friends at the bay, fresh raw fish from Bluewater in Ocean Beach, capped off by a glass of bourbon and cigar.

Mike has encouraged collaboration across multiple departments to develop our flagship product, Premium SEO Content. This is just one example of how he advances our products. In the 2000s, Mike played a key role in integrating video into our websites. In the 2010s, he saw the need to create our proprietary Lucid CMS, which enables us to maintain contemporary designs and strong technological foundations for our websites.
For fun, Mike enjoys cross-country motorcycle rides. He is also an accomplished bass player and musician.

For more than two decades, Dennis has been committed to taking his skills to the next level. He has worked in web design, and then took on the role of Webmaster, Programmer, System Administrator, and AWS Cloud Engineer. Dennis’ knowledge and commitment to the field made him a natural choice when he became Information Technology Director, before joining the executive team as VP of Information Technology.
For fun, Dennis enjoys playing tennis. He also likes cooking for himself, family, and friends.

Krizia’s greatest accomplishment at Einstein is her growth. She came in as an entry-level Local SEO Admin Assistant; during the next seven years, she earned several leadership positions before joining the executive team. This was a goal she didn't think would be realistic until she had been with the company for at least 10 years. Krizia is a prime example of how hard work and dedication are core values that are recognized and rewarded.
In her free time, Krizia enjoys baking gourmet layered cakes, cooking big meals for friends and family, and doing industry research.
